91影视破解版鈥檚 USA 250 Challenge ended July 4 in celebration of America鈥檚 250th birthday. Numerous participants benefitted from the challenge through physical fitness, mental wellness and community service.

Michelle Heaton chose all three categories to 鈥渞efresh my spirit with mindfulness activities, work with health professionals on my mental health and pushed me to try new things with the physical fitness part of this initiative,鈥 Heaton said, a member of American Legion Post 283 in California.

Brad Beatty now walks 3 miles daily with his wife. 鈥淚 started the challenge last year with my wife, and we鈥檝e both lost more than 20 pounds. It鈥檚 also helped our mental wellness,鈥 said Beatty, a member of Post 764 in Grove City, Ohio.

Ron Patterson rucked 250 miles and raised more than $22,000 for the Veterans & Children Foundation. 鈥淚 hadn't been in good shape for a long time," said Patterson, Department of Indiana commander. "So as I got in better shape, I felt mentally it really helped me and that is key to your well-being in general. And as I was walking, I had a lot of meditation time. I didn't put music on. I had a lot of time to think, so that helped me mentally as well.鈥
